The following are the Terms of Service (General Terms and Conditions) that govern the use of our website and the purchase of products for sale. Use of the site and placing an order imply acceptance of these conditions by the user (hereinafter the "Customer"). We recommend that you carefully read the following terms and conditions in formal style.

Udine, 33047, Italy (IT) (hereinafter the "Seller"). The Seller's contact details are: email (shopify@artopweb.com). Any communication from the Customer sent to these addresses is considered valid for the purpose of interacting with the Seller.

Object and scope of application: These Terms of Service govern access to the site and the sale of products offered through it, both in Italy and abroad. The Seller provides detailed product information (descriptions, images, prices) and may modify or update these conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the site; continued use of the site following the posting of the new conditions constitutes acceptance of such updates.

Registration and use of the site: To make purchases, you may be required to register for a personal account. The Customer agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and the order process. Login credentials must be kept confidential; the Customer is responsible for all activity conducted under their account. Use of the site must be lawful and in accordance with these terms. Altering or interfering with the operation of the site, as well as using the site's content (text, images, logos, etc.) for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by the Seller.

Conclusion of the sales contract: To purchase a product, the Customer must follow the online procedure and submit their purchase order by completing the appropriate form on the website. The submitted order constitutes a binding contractual offer for the Customer. The Seller will send an order confirmation via email containing a summary of the products purchased, the total price, shipping and payment details, and these terms and conditions (or a link to them), in accordance with Article 51 of the Consumer Code. The sales contract is deemed concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation email from the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of: incomplete or inaccurate Customer data, unavailability of the ordered products, insolvency or previous payment irregularities by the Customer, or other legitimate reasons (in which case the Seller will provide reasoned notification and refund any amounts already paid).

Prices and Payment: All prices listed on the website are in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are not included in product prices and, if paid by the Customer, will be calculated and displayed separately before final order confirmation. The Customer may select their preferred payment method from those accepted (for example, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Payment transactions are processed via secure and encrypted connections; payment data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is not managed directly by the Seller but by the respective payment providers. If paying by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the amount has been credited; for payments by card or other instant methods, the amount will be charged at the time of ordering. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds or a credit limit available for payment. If payment is unsuccessful, the order will be considered cancelled. Any applicable promotions or discount codes must be entered before proceeding with payment; Unless otherwise specified, each coupon can only be used once and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Invoicing: Upon the Customer's request (to be made at the time of ordering, providing the required tax information), the Seller will issue an invoice for the purchase, which will be sent via email or made available in the customer area of the website. In the absence of a specific request, a receipt or tax receipt will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping methods, costs and times are detailed in the Shipping Policy below, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In general, the Seller processes orders as quickly as possible: orders are normally processed within a few hours of receipt (during working days) and entrusted to the courier for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method chosen; indicatively, for Italy delivery takes [1-3] working days, for the European Union [3-7] days, and for non-EU destinations [5-10] days (barring extraordinary events). In any case, the Seller guarantees that, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance of the order, in accordance with EU legislation. If, for reasons beyond the Seller's control (e.g., courier delays, peak demand periods, logistics issues), shipping takes longer, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer. The Customer is required to provide a complete and correct delivery address; any additional redelivery costs due to errors in the address provided will be borne by the Customer, unless the Seller is at fault. Upon delivery, the Customer should inspect the package and immediately report any visible external damage to the courier, making a specific reservation on the delivery note. In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier's procedures will be followed (subsequent attempts, storage, etc.), which the Customer is encouraged to check via tracking. If the Customer does not receive the order within a reasonable time (e.g., more than 5-7 days from notification of shipment for domestic shipments), they are asked to contact us promptly for further investigation.

Product Availability: The Customer acknowledges that occasionally some products listed on the site may no longer be available at the time of ordering, despite the Seller's efforts to update stock levels in real time. In the event of total or partial unavailability of an ordered item, the Seller will contact the Customer within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange a solution (e.g., replacement with another product, new availability timeframe, or partial cancellation of the order). If a satisfactory solution is not found, the Seller will not ship the missing product and will fully refund any amount already paid by the Customer for that product within 7 business days . Any other available products included in the same order will be shipped regularly, unless otherwise specified by the Customer.

Customs duties and taxes for international shipments: For orders shipped outside the European Union (or to territories whose regulations require customs duties), import duties, taxes, or other fees (such as local VAT) may be applied by the recipient country once the shipment reaches its destination. These additional costs are not included in the product prices or shipping costs calculated at checkout, but are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, which varies by country; for further information, the Customer is advised to contact their local customs office. In any case, the Customer is considered the official importer of the goods and must comply with all regulations of the receiving country.

Right of withdrawal and returns: Consumer customers (i.e., natural persons acting for personal purposes not related to commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities) are entitled to the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Pursuant to this right, the consumer customer may withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the last product, in the case of separate deliveries of a single multiple order). Exercising the right of withdrawal is free of charge, except for the direct cost of returning the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller has agreed to cover this cost or has informed the customer that they will be responsible for it. For detailed conditions and the procedure to follow, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section below. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain product categories, such as customized items to the customer's specifications or perishable goods, in accordance with the law. If the right of withdrawal is excluded for a specific product, this exception will be clearly indicated on the product sheet or during the order process.

Legal guarantee for defects: The Seller operates in compliance with consumer protection regulations regarding the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code). The products sold are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for defects, valid for consumer customers. This means that if the product is defective or does not correspond to the declared characteristics, the customer has the right, within 24 months of delivery, to have the product brought into conformity at no additional cost, through repair or replacement. If this proves impossible or excessively costly, the customer has the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund of the amount paid. The customer is required to report any defects within 2 months of discovering them. To activate the guarantee, the customer must retain proof of purchase and contact the Seller describing the problem encountered. Instructions on how to proceed will be provided (for example, sending the product for inspection). Any additional consumer rights provided by law remain unaffected. For customers who are not consumers (e.g. purchases with a VAT number), only the manufacturer's standard guarantees, if applicable, apply.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or any consequences arising from improper use of purchased products. In any case, the Seller's liability to the Customer is limited to the value of the order placed by the latter. The Seller declines all liability for any malfunctions of the site or damages caused by external causes (such as, for example, service interruptions, cyber attacks, viruses, etc.) that are not directly attributable to its own negligence or intent. Furthermore, while ensuring maximum accuracy in the presentation of the products, the Seller does not guarantee the absolute absence of descriptive errors or slight differences in the illustrative photographs: such discrepancies will not constitute a breach of contract. Any errors or omissions will be corrected as quickly as possible after their identification.

Intellectual Property: You may view, download, or print materials from the Site solely for your personal, informational use, provided that all copyright and other intellectual property notices remain intact.

Applicable law and jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Italian State. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of the online sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code. In all other cases (non-consumer Customers), any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the Seller's registered office. In any case, the possibility of resorting to alternative dispute resolution tools, where applicable, remains unaffected. In particular, the Consumer Customer may use the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ to attempt to resolve any disputes arising from the online contract out of court.
